About the authors Chrispin Ntungo, Ph.D. is Supervisor of Strategic Support Services for the City of Winnipeg Assessment and Taxation Department. He has a doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of Manitoba. He earned his Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences degree from the University of Zambia. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a Certified Quality Process Analyst. In addition, he is a Session Lecturer in Business Statistics at the University of Manitoba Continuing Education Department, Director of a Winnipeg based firm 5S Property Services, Inc., and Director of Lusaka based CilTax Consultants Limited. Chrispin Ntungo is also author of “The Secret Behind America’s Might” and “Well Disciplined to Excel” published by AuthorHouse as well. He also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University, Halifax, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. He also holds the Province of Manitoba, Canada Permanent Professional Teaching Certificate. Dr. Asagwara’s work experience spans higher education and government. He is currently a consultant on policy, planning and research with the Manitoba Government. His previous employment positions include Instructor position at Red River College and, Instructor and Research Associate positions at the University of Manitoba. Charity Maraire-Shonhiwa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications Studies from the Open University of Zimbabwe. She penned her ideas and experiences included in this book whilst working as a Program Consultant with the Provincial Government of Manitoba, Education, Citizenship and Youth Department and residing in Winnipeg. She is a people person and enjoys dealing with people issues, which led her to take a diploma in Human Resources Management. She feels life without people is not enjoyable as living means being surrounded by people.   One of her favourite hobbies is writing.  She describes herself as a life writer and loves to share ideas and inform people on what is happening in the world.  Charity believes in living life each day as it comes. Her motto is: ‘Aim high at all times and be persistent.’
